The following constitutes a disclaimer for how generative AI tools are (and are not) used on this website:

All subjects posted on this blog come directly from my experience in the games industry, as well as from conversations with coworkers, teachers, students, and other industry professionals. AI tools are not used to generate article ideas.

All text on this blog is drafted by me. However, I do use AI tools for editing purposes such as spell-checking, grammar, and punctuation. Occasionally, I may also use them to assess whether sentences or paragraphs should be rearranged for better flow, or to compare different ways of expressing an idea to improve readability.

I also use AI tools for research purposes, but I take great care to vet the information they provide. As a general rule, I prompt for citations and tend to get annoyed when that instruction is ignored.
